Pathways to Presence: Exploring Gentle Yoga and Yoga Nidra

What is yoga? The term might inspire images of bodies in unusual shapes but at its heart, yoga is a practice of presence. In this all-levels practice, we will begin with gentle movements to unite the mind, body, and breath. The practice will conclude with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), a guided meditation that explores the body, breath, and deeper layers of consciousness.

All are welcome! Please dress comfortably for movement and rest. You will be asked to gather household items like pillows and blankets to support your practice. If you have questions, please feel free to email embodiedsinger@gmail.com

The live workshop will be held on Zoom. Registered participants will receive a Zoom link via email within 24 hours of the workshop. A recording will be sent to all registered participants so you can take and repeat the workshop at your convenience!
