Mapping the anatomy and movements of breathing for improved coordination.
Stretches and dynamic release to open the singing body.
Yogic breath practices (Pranayama) adapted for singers.
Sustaining breath through mindfulness and intention.
This workshop will be held on Zoom. A recording will be made available to all registered participants.
