Breath Practices for Singers

Free and flowing breath is the essence of vocal artistry.

This 75-minute workshop will explore:

  • Mapping the anatomy and movements of breathing for improved coordination.

  • Stretches and dynamic release to open the singing body.

  • Yogic breath practices (Pranayama) adapted for singers.

  • Sustaining breath through mindfulness and intention.

This workshop will be held on Zoom. A recording will be made available to all registered participants.
