The final Embodied Singer Spring 2018 workshop will use yoga asana (posture), pranayama (breath), and singing to unlock energetic areas of the body. Participants will learn a series of postures to align, lengthen and stabilize all of the areas of the body that participate in vocal production. This sequence can be used to prepare your body for singing practice and performance. Every posture can be modified for every body.
* Please bring a yoga mat or towel.
Voice Teachers and Conductors are welcome to stay for a 30 minute Q&A discussion after the workshop concludes.
