In Embodied Communication Workshops, you will:

  • Understand the human biology that motivates our thoughts and actions.  

  • Learn meditation and breathing techniques for immediate centering and lifelong communication wellness.

  • Align the body for internal confidence and free, expressive physical communication. 

  • Explore the subtle variations of engaging verbal communication.

Each interactive workshop will include detailed written and video materials for continued exploration.

About Shauna Fallihee, M.M.:

Using her decades of experience as a classical singer, voice teacher, and movement educator, Shauna helps professionals in all fields explore embodied communication. Her focus on authenticity and human connection empowers people to discover and own their unique communication style.

Her diverse teaching life includes voice faculty appointments at Holy Names University, City College of San Francisco and Chabot College. She has a large private voice studio and is a frequent clinician and presenter for colleges and choral organizations. In addition to vocal education, Shauna is a master teacher trainer for The Dailey Method, an alignment-focused barre and cycle program. She has the pleasure of leading workshops and teacher trainings globally.
